All the days came on my support thread in the Logitech forum No Answer.
#Logitech options not detecting mouse software
The "Logi Options" software can be used to switch the special functions for Photoshop and other apps on and off - that usually helps. Then maybe restart the Mac completely and check whether you have both the current firmware of the Craft as well as the current Logi Options version. If the volume continues to change, it has not worked. with a new file, then key J for repair brush and now the rotary wheel should change the tool size. Now you can test whether it works again: e.g. the Mac asks for the admin password and reinstalls the plugin for the craft keyboard.then go over the entry "Photoshop" again and click on the tick.Move the mouse over the "Photoshop" entry and click on the cross on the right to deactivate support for the software.

Click on "All Applications" at the top right.

I explain the instructions with Photoshop, but you can change them to the program of your choice in which the rotary wheel no longer works for you: There are certainly many readers who just want to continue working quickly and can do without the rest of the text. Sir Apfelot recommendation: Clean up your Mac hard drive with CleanMyMac The solution - short and sweetīefore I explain further where the problem lies, what is probably the cause and how shamefully the Logitech support leaves its customers in the lurch, I would like to briefly explain the solution.
